We urge our customers to read and review all travel advisories, warnings, alerts and bans issued by the Government before purchasing a tour package from Trayaksh Yatra. Especially regarding tour packages like Chardham Yatra, Amarnath Yatra, Mani Mahesh Yatra, Kailash Mansarovar Yatra etc. the customer should check. When Trayaksh Yatra promotes its tour packages/holiday packages, it does not guarantee that traveling to such areas and destinations will be safe and risk-free. Trayaksh Yatra shall not be responsible for any injury/harm suffered when traveling to such destinations and areas.

Hotel and Transport Policy
Generally, check-in time at hotels across India is 14:00 and checkout time is 11:00. Confirm early check-in or late checkout will incur a fee if it is not included in the cost. Please contact the hotel directly if you would like complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
Many hotels charge extra for room heater or wifi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels (if any).
If hotel is offering meals in package they will serve you in buffet menu / fixed / meal credit basis. Whatever meal they dont want to give in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will charge you extra when you consume that meal. Hotel have freedom to decide menu and what items they serve for menu. Few hotels provide Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu when hotel occupancy are low. Amount for meal credit is decided by hoteliers then if your bills exceeds that meal credit amount you need to pay extra amount directly to respective hotel. Room service charges for packing or food is extra at many places.
Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems, which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate. AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle
Delays & amendments to the programme & costs arising directly or indirectly from earthquakes, flight cancellations, accident or breakdown of any transportation means, adverse weather conditions, illness, landslides and shut-down/blockage due to civil unrest etc. will not be the responsibility of.
Changes in Itineraries
Customer should be accountable to be on time and follow time during every phase of the tour. Should the customer not make any part of the sightseeing tour because of his tardiness, no refund will be issued.
The tour itinerary is approximate and subject to change.
Trayaksh Yatra will not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or loss of luggage or any accident, injury or death or breakage or theft of or other irregularity whatsoever caused by weather conditions or arising out of or in connection with war, quarantine, strike or any other causes whatsoever during the journey and the passenger will bear any loss or expense occasioned by any of the foregoing circumstances.
Trayaksh Yatra reserves the rights to claim expenses incurred on account of delay or change in schedule of trains, buses or any other service.
Trayaksh Yatra reserves the right to change, modify, cancel or substitute any departure, excursion or hotel should the need arise. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary to suit the convenience of the customer.
Booking Policy
Tour and tour packages displayed on trayakshyatra.com website are indicative tour itineraries only. Trayaksh Yatra does not have any booking of travel products under such tour itineraries. These tours are available subject to availability at the time of booking. The price of tour may vary depending upon the availability of travel products that make up the tour.
Your booking request will be confirmed once prices and availability of services have been confirmed. Trayaksh Yatra undertakes to provide you with the service you request, upon your confirmation of prices and availability of services, and subject to you making full payment and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
In the unlikely event that Trayaksh Yatra decides to alter the Tour itinerary for better convenience/safety of its customers, Trayaksh Yatra reserves the right to do so. Nevertheless, Trayaksh Yatra will endeavor to provide all services as originally planned. You will be notified of any changes to the itinerary prior to your booking and/or prior to your tour departure, whichever occurs first.
Transfers will be via coach/taxi/bus/van depending on the number of participants travelling on the same tour. Sightseeing also will be conducted by the comfortable vehicles. Trayaksh Yatra will accommodate all the passenger who reach at the same time for transfer and drop them at their respective hotels. Private sightseeing & transfers will be possible upon prior request for an additional charge.
Trayaksh Yatra reserves the right to postpone, delay or change the departure date or end date of the tour or modify the itinerary at any time due to unforeseen circumstances which include but are not limited to inclement weather, snow pack, avalanches, storms, political instability or restrictions or for any reason whatsoever. In such case Trayaksh Yatra will not be responsible for issuing any refund of tour price (partial or full) or liable for any other compensation including injury, loss or damage.
Trayaksh Yatra will provide wheelchairs for those needing special meals requested, preferred seating and any other need throughout the duration of your trip. In the event that these services are unavailable or not provided during tour, even though pre-booked and requested by Trayaksh Yatra, Trayaksh Yatra shall not be liable for any damages or additional expenses.
Entrance to some monuments, restaurants, hotels, markets & museums may be closed during local/national holidays and special occasions like peak season or religious occasions. Alternatives will be provided by the Company where-ever possible. During special occasions entries are on a limited basis. Trayaksh Yatra will not be held responsible for any closures or itinerary changes on the tour under any circumstances
Some Other Important Information
Under no condition Trayaksh Yatra will re-conduct the tour. No refund will be given for non-utilized services. On demand of preponement or postponement of confirmed tour, supplement will be levied. During peak period price for holiday package may vary on festivals/holidays/specific dates which are of high occupancy.
If this tour is booked under Holiday Package basis & Passenger(s) have specified minimum number of passengers, then increase or decrease of passengers may affect the overall holiday cost. All Products, Services and Contents displayed on trayakshyatra.com website are the property of the Company. Strict legal action will be taken against those who copy and use our trademark products and services without our prior consent & knowledge. Offender will be liable to face punishment.
