We at Trayaksh Yatra have always strived to keep our dealings with our customers as transparent as possible, especially when it comes to payments / cancellations & refunds. Please read through this policy carefully prior to booking any tours / travel service with us.
Payment Policy
- Payments must be made by the customer against the tour cost as per terms and time schedules specified by the Company.
- Each tour package has its own flexible payment terms depending on how early you buy or what is included. During peak season we may require you to make a larger payment before releasing final vouchers.
- Copies of PAN card will be required in case of cash payments of Rs 50,000 or more per booking.
- Final vouchers will be issued once Trayaksh Yatra receives full payment. Booking is canceled if full payment is not received less than 15 days prior to departure.
- Customer confirms that the package built is as per his/ her wish and requirement. No complaint or claim shall be entertained by shrine yatra on price of package, type of service and category selected by customer. Customer Agreement. Booking of final requested package will be subject to availability. Final Price will be according to the inclusions you have selected. If you have changed any component we will update the same in price.
- Prices displayed on website are all calculated according to current rate at time of product development. Company may revise prices due to fluctuations/change in fuel charges/High season chargers (if any) implemented by suppliers/Increased in Railways Charges prior to date of departure and adjust accordingly. Any such price increase will be due in full prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer/User
All customer cancellations should be confirmed through email/WhatsApp in writing. Cancellation fees are calculated based on tour package, services booked and when you cancel.
- Advanced cancellations may be partially refunded.
- Customers who cancel at the last minute may be charged extra fees or No Refund.
- There will be NO refunds for no shows. Tours could potentially be rescheduled. If there is any additional expense for rescheduling travel it will be the responsibility of the passenger.
- No refund will be provided for unused services on the tour.
- Each tour package has its cancellation policy and this will supersede the general cancellation policy.
- Transfer to the other tour before the original tour’s departure will be considered a cancellation of that tour and cancellation fees will apply. You will then need to rebook at the dates available.
- Cancellation from Trayaksh Yatra
Trayaksh Yatra reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour due to force majeure events which include natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions of any nature, security or operational problems.
In such a situation, offers can be given to customers
- Rescheduling the tour for Future
- Credit Note for future travel
- Refunds (in account, subject to deduction by third party service providers)
Our Refund Policy
The Company has all rights to decide on the amount of refund to be given to the customer in the event of cancellation of tour. The refund, if any would be based on number of passengers, refund policies of suppliers (hoteliers, coach operators, etc.) and the Company’s decision regarding the amount of refund to be given shall be final and binding.
- There will be no refunds payable for any unutilized services or partially used services such as meals, hotel, sightseeing, entrance fees, optional tour, etc.
- It will take at least 10 to 15 days to process the refunds.
- Service charges, convenience fees, and taxes are non-refundable
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Force Majeure
- No refund will be applicable if the cancellation is due to force majeure events including natural disasters, landslides, road blockages, pandemics, government orders or weather-related disruptions.

- Refund amounts may vary depending on supplier policies
- Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control
- Refund confirmation will be shared once processed
