Kedarnath Yatra Package from Delhi

The Kedarnath Yatra from Delhi generally lasts for 4 to 5 days, taking the pilgrims to visit multiple destinations. At the famous Kedarnath temple, pilgrims can seek blessings of Lord Shiva. Our team is dedicated to providing a high quality pilgrimage experience and strives to meet all the needs of our guests. We ensure equal facilities at each destination and make special arrangements for physically challenged and senior citizens for a comfortable and memorable journey. This includes transportation, emergency assistance, hotel accommodations, and meals.

Terms and Conditions

 The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and the company is now bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

Booking Policy

Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 30% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or arrival of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 02 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.

Child Policy

• 0 To 5 Years Complimentary (Without Bed)
• Child above 5 to 08 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed (60% of per person package cost)

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

Less than 72 hours or No show : No Refund 

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

Some Cancellation and Refund Policies are out of our Services

• Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
• Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
• Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
