- Badrinath – It is the most famous of the Panch Badri temples located on the banks of the Alaknanda River, it is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is also the focal point of the Panch Badri pilgrimage.
- Yogdhyan Badri – This temple located in Pandukeshwar is believed to be the place where Lord Vishnu is in a meditative state. This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu in his yogi form.
- Adi Badri – Adi Badri, located in the hills near the Alaknanda River, is considered to be the oldest of the Badri temples. It is believed to be the first temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
- Bhavishya Badri – This temple is located at the foot of the Niti Pass and is considered to be the future place of worship. According to mythology, when it becomes impossible to reach Badrinath due to natural disasters, Bhavishya Badri will become the new place of worship.
- Vridha Badri – Vriddha Badri is one of the lesser-known temples dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is believed to be the place where Lord Vishnu appeared in his aged form (hence the name Vruddha Badri, meaning “old Badri”). The temple has great historical and mythological significance, with the belief that the deity here represents the aged and wise form of Lord Vishnu.
