The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and the company is now bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Booking Policy
Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 30% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or arrival of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 02 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.
Child Policy
- 0 To 5 Years Complimentary (Without Bed)
- Child above 5 to 08 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed (60% of per person package cost)
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
- 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
Less than 72 hours or No show : No Refund
In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

- Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
- Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
- Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Tour Details
Delhi – Haridwar – Joshimath – Badrinath Dham – Mana Village – Dhari Devi Temple – Haridwar – Delhi
As soon as you reach Delhi airport/railway station, our driver representative will greet and escort you to Haridwar. Once you reach the hilly expanses, check-in to the hotel and wash away the journey fatigue. Delight in the remainder of the day, just as you please. If time allows, you can attend Ganga Arti at Har Ki Pauri Ghat. Later, come back to the hotel for a cozy sleep.
Morning check-out from hotel as early as possible and drive straight towards Joshimath. En route visit Dev Prayag and Rudraprayag of Panch Prayag’s and Narsingh Temple in Joshimath after darshan, later proceed towards joshimath hotel. On arrival check-in to the hotel for overnight stay.
In the Early Morning, visit in Badrinath Pilgrims after having a bath in the Tapt kund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spot like, Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. After Pooja & Darshan come back to Joshimath, check into the hotel and Overnight stay at Hotel in Joshimath.
In the morning after breakfast, transfer to Rishikesh, Rudraprayag, Dhari Devi Temple and Devprayag. Enroute visit Rudraprayag (sangam of Alaknanda and Mandakini), Devprayag (Sangam of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi) and in the last visit Rishikesh (Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula). Later drive to Haridwar, on arrival check into the hotel, and overnight stay.
Last day in the morning after breakfast and check out from hotel visit Chandi Devi Temple (if you have time), after darshan proceed to Delhi. Dropping at Delhi airport / station / home / hotel. Tour End
