The main attraction of this journey is the natural cave temple of Amarnath located in the Himalayan mountains of Jammu and Kashmir.
Situated in the Trikuta Hills, 13 km from Katra, at an altitude of 1560 m above the sea level, surrounded by bright clouds and thin air, this town houses the holy cave temple of Mata Vaishnodevi and its atmosphere is filled with spirituality and vibrancy. There is immense reverence and faith in this temple, every year thousands of pilgrims come to seek blessings and show their unwavering faith. Vaishno Devi is a religious trekking destination, where pilgrims climb about 13 km to reach the small caves, one of the 108 Shakti Peethas. Vaishno Devi, also known as Mata Rani, is a form of Goddess Durga according to Hindu mythology. The trek itself is very enjoyable, although it can be a bit difficult for children and the elderly. However, ponies and palanquins are provided by various vendors to take you to the top. The entire route is dotted with many shops selling snacks, food items and various religious items. Pilgrims show their devotion and enthusiasm by chanting slogans and singing songs in praise of Maa Vaishnavi all along the way. Overall, this is a great place to visit if you have an inclination towards both Hinduism and nature.
There are two routes to reach the temple – via Pahalgam or So. Devotees can choose Amarnath Yatra tour packages from Jammu via Pahalgam. Both these routes have different places to visit on the way. This route takes you through Sonamarg which is also known as the ‘Mecca of Trekkers’ as many treks start from here. You will also pass through Neelgrath, which is an important stop on this route as there are many dhabas and eateries where you can rest. The last destination on this route is Neelgrath, from where you will travel by helicopter to the Amarnath Cave Temple.

The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and the company is now bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Booking Policy
Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance, And 20% has to be paid one day before the start of helicopter ticket booking and rest of the amount at the time of arrival (1st day).
Age Policy
- Minimum age for traveling for Amarnath Yatra is 13 Years & Maximum age for yatra is 70 years
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 20 days prior to arrival: No Refund (Transport and Hotels services)
- Amarnath Helicopter ticket is non-refundable
Less than 72 hours or No show : No Refund
In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

- Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
- Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund

Itinerary
Our services start upon your arrival at Jammu railway station, you will be greeted by our representative and transfer to Srinagar. Enjoy hilly terrain of NH 1A India’s largest tunnel, Once you reach Srinagar, meet and greet our tour representative, and get an assisted transfer to the pre-booked houseboat.The rest of the time is free at leisure. Later in the evening go for a shikara ride at Dal lake. After enjoying, get back to the houseboat, enjoy your delicious dinner and enjoy a restful sleep.
Next morning after breakfast and check out from hotel, drive to Gagangir/sonamarg. On route visit Kheer Bhawani Temple after darshan proceed to Gagangir/Sonamarg. Before check in if you want then you will visit Thajwas Glacier, Zozila Pass, Zero Point etc. Then drive to hotel, on arrival check into the hotel and overnight stay at Gagangir/Sonamarg.
Note:- The plan to visit Sonmarg depends on your arrival time in Srinagar, if you come to Srinagar by 8 am or 9 am, then you can do Sonmarg Sightseeing. So Many time restrictions on check post during Amarnath Yatra.
Next day in the morning drive to Neelgarth to take flight for Darshan at Holy Cave, Reach Neelgarth and proceed to the helipad (5 to 10 minutes walk), to take a Helicopter ride to Panchtarni. Panchtarni to holy cave distance of approximately 5/6KM by walk or by Ponnies/doly/palki (at own cost) after Darshan and pooja return to Panchtarni by helicopter and you book a camp for night stay by self (own cost) and overnight stay at Panchtarni base camp.
Next day in the morning to take a helicopter ride for Neelgirth, on reach neelgirth helipad our driver will pick you up and bring you to Srinagar. Transfer to Srinagar Afternoon leave Visit to famous Mughal Gardens Chashma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar Mughal laid out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple on a hillock,Pari Mahal,Boutical Garden, evening visit Market, stay at Hotel.
Next morning after breakfast and check out from hotel, drive to Katra. On arrival check into the hotel and overnight stay at Katra Hotel.
Early morning, get dropped at Banganga to start the holy journey to Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. From here start the trek of 13kms (one way) to reach the shrine of Mata Devi. En route darshan of Ardhkuwari. By reaching the temple perform Pooja, aarti, darshan and seek the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi. Spend some time in the shrine of Mata Devi. Later start the trek back to Katra. If needed one can opt the helicopter service / Pony / Palki to reach the shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi from Katra (at own cost). Same day return back to Katra for overnight stay.
In the morning after breakfast and check out from hotel and drive to Jammu/Katra. Our driver will escort you to the airport/railway station.
