Starting from Srinagar, the route passes through picturesque valleys and charming villages, offering glimpses of local life along the way. The journey to Pahalgam is an experience in itself, with stunning views of snow-capped mountains and pristine rivers at every turn. Once you reach Pahalgam, take a few moments to soak in the tranquility of this quaint town nestled between high peaks. From here, the trek towards the Amarnath cave starts from here. Get yourself ready for an exciting but rewarding journey passing through rocky terrains and dense forests. During the yatra, pilgrims are provided with various facilities including accommodation options like tents or guesthouses at designated locations en route. These accommodations ensure comfort and safety during your pilgrimage.

If you choose to go on foot, you can begin your trek from Pahalgam and trek to either a base camp at Baltal or Nunwan. From there you have to get the permit from the shrine board office and then proceed towards the holy cave. The entire journey takes about 4-5 days. Another route to reach the cave is by helicopter from Jammu and Srinagar to Baltal.

Terms and Conditions

 The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and the company is now bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

Booking Policy

Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 30% of the payment as advance, And 20% has to be paid one day before the start of helicopter ticket booking  and rest of the amount at the time of arrival (1^st day).

Age Policy

• Minimum age for traveling for Amarnath Yatra is 13 Years & Maximum age for yatra is 70 years

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 20 days prior to arrival: No Refund (Transport and Hotels services)
• Amarnath Helicopter ticket is non-refundable

Less than 72 hours or No show : No Refund 

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

Some Cancellation and Refund Policies are out of our Services

• Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
• Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
• Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
